About Us

What's Your Mission?

Just because we left the military doesn't mean we have to live without a mission.

Want it back?

We trained to be professional service members: don't we deserve to be professional Veterans in a civilian world?

A Pilot Program for Building Our National Tribe.

As a start-up based in Montana, our goal is to create a four-part transition program that offers support, coaching/therapy, education, and direct connections to exceptional existing private and government Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs) in three phases: locally, state-wide, and then nationally.

We've received many inquiries from people in other parts of the country about establishing similar systems in their AO, like the important local work done by Vet-Strong.org (clink the URL to move over to their site). They provide household goods and support for veterans in SanAntonio, Texas, or their sister program in Hawaii. We welcome the opportunity to brainstorm and offer any support we can. At the same time, we will focus on our Phase 1 objective.

The VetStrong program is not a handout: it's a structured process for Veterans and their families to identify their objectives and then do the research, planning, and legwork to move towards those objectives in a safe and supportive environment. An environment built for and by them, based on the short-term, intermediate, and long-term goals they identify as critical to accomplishing their personal and family definitions of success.

  1. Phase 1 (2021-2023): Serving military veterans and their support populations in Northwestern Montana while creating a national network of VSOs.
  2. Phase 2 (2024-2025): Expanding from our pilot program to a state-wide network while supporting other local and state-level programs offered by their exceptional private and government VSOs.
  3. Phase 3 (2026 & Beyond): Our goal is to use our demonstrated success on the local and state levels to expand into a nationwide offering for all military veterans, their families, and their communities. By combining new and existing Veteran services rather than cutting a slice from effective current programs, we will link new and existing resources together, resulting in a comprehensive, individual-focused yet highly customizable nationwide transition process.

There's no need to re-invent the wheel here: it makes more sense for veterans and our community for us to network with experienced professionals with proven track records rather than becoming yet another "Jack of all trades and master of none." When we identify a gap, we will fill it or offer an alternative. However, it makes more sense to refer clients to the specialists already doing the work rather than trying to do it all ourselves whenever possible. They say no man is an island, so we don't plan to compete with organizations that are already successfully meeting a need: there is more than enough room for all our passion!

A Call to Action

If you're in Montana or know someone here who wants to volunteer to help us plan and build starting on January 1st, drop us a line. If you have a similar passion for serving your local veteran community-or already are and have wisdom to share- we would love to add you to our growing tribe and share information as we move forward. If you're in another part of the country and want to brainstorm and create some synergy in your own AO, let us know that as well.

Help us build a community where veterans and those who support them can all thrive and feel the pride of daily accomplishment: the joy of going to sleep each night knowing we have done all we can do with what we had available to accomplish the Mission that day.
